The principals of Building Evaluations, Richard Buchanan, AIA, Donald Kozlowski, PE, and Dessa Tripus, have more than sixty years of architectural and engineering experience. We are personally involved in each project we undertake.
In addition, the company has a nationwide network of more than 25 staff and consultants to serve our clients on individual projects and portfolios. Building Evaluations staffs projects with teams of licensed professionals possessing the expertise required for each project. Building Evaluation teams typically consist of Architects, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineers, Structural Engineers, and Vertical Transportation Specialists. Other specialized consultants, such as Roofing Evaluators, Geologists, Paving Specialists, Water Proofing Consultants, and Sound/Noise Consultants, are engaged as required by the scope of work.
